AMP'D Cerakote

Cerakote is one of the best coatings on the market. It is very durable and also provides excellent corrosion/rust resistance. That being said, it is not immune to wear and tear. If you drag your firearm behind your vehicle down a gravel road it will not be covered under warranty.

AMP'D Cerakote is not responsible for wear or damage from normal use, abuse, or accidents. We will, however, cover coating defects such as cracking, chipping, flaking, or coating separation due to the application process. This warranty does not cover the cost of the items themselves due to use, abuse, misuse, or accidents.

AMP'D Cerakote does not warranty service work done by other companies.

In order to properly coat your item it must disassembled and degreased. We will never cut corners just to get the job done. We try to get everything done in a timely manner but timelines are just guidelines. Degreasing and prepwork/research may only take few hours up to a couple of weeks. Removal of sights and/or optics may lose zero. If it is a duty gun please re-zero your firearm before trusting it with your life. If, during the disassembly/assembly process, we find that the item is unserviceable and unsafe due to broken parts, age of firearm, factory defect, or wear you will be notified immediately and a every effort to resolve the issue will be taken. Any required repair costs will not be covered by AMP'D Cerakote. During the assembly process some fitment may be required. Any custom fitment of new parts is a separate charge and is not expressed or implied in the Cerakote coating assembly cost.

We test fire every item when it is required, but in cases where we don't have ammo for that specific caliber and/or there is no issues, at a minimum a function check will be performed to ensure safe operation before the item is returned to the customer.
